2. “Share Your Experience”

   • Follow the store’s instructions (e.g., post your visit/try-out review on designated platforms, complete a form or check-in).
   • Must be completed in showroom on the day and verified by staff; content must be genuine and lawful; violations void eligibility.

3. Scope & Stacking

   • Eligible items and any exclusions follow in-store signage; if marked excluded, that marking prevails.
   • Not combinable with other offers/codes/group buys/staff discounts unless explicitly stated in store.

4. Ordering & Delivery

   • Transactions are processed in GBP via available payment methods on the day.
   • If delivery is required, fees/ETA follow checkout or staff confirmation; otherwise governed by the website Shipping Policy.

5. Changes & After-sales

   • Cancellations, returns/exchanges, and warranty follow the website Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
   • If an order is returned, any associated gifts must be returned together.

6. Experience & Safety

   • Please follow staff guidance when trying products; to the extent permitted by law, HINOMI is not liable for losses due to improper use.

7. Eligibility & Fair Use

   • For walk-in individual consumers only; bulk/resale orders excluded.
   • Abuse (e.g., fake posts, duplicate claims, scalping) may result in cancellation of benefits and gifts.

8. Changes & Governing Law

   • HINOMI may reasonably adjust or end the promotion without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.
   • Governing law: England & Wales; disputes subject to the competent courts of England.
