Unpack content from the box
Turn the chair base upside down to install the wheels
Flip the chair base back and install the gas lift into the center.
Attach the seat to the chair base.
Lift up the back rest and set to desired height
Turn the headrest knobs to reduce tension.
Loosen and remove the screws from behind the backrest.
Align the bottom of the headrest with the holes behind of the backrest.
Secure by tightening the screw.

I've had back issues for a few years now and decided to invest in a chair with lumbar support and a design that also helps me to sit properly and correct my posture a little at a time. I like that head rest and back adjustments that are available with this chair which helped to make adjustments that are convenient for my needs. An interesting feature of this chair for me personally is how smooth the wheels are, moving around is quite convenient. I use the hand adjustment feature quite often depending on what I'm doing (example:while using the keyboard I adjust it so it's in line with my table and I'm not straining my hands OR keep it low and out of the way if I'm using my guitar while sitting)

Comfortable and easy

Very pleased with the new H1 Classic Ergo Office Chair. Took like 10 minutes to put together. Had a few hiccups with the arms but it was my fault for not looking at the buttons on side to move the padded section out to move them properly. Been using the chair for 4 days now and I can tell super difference from my old one. Lumbar support and head rest are great and the tension on leaning back is perfect. Very happy with the chair, now hope it can last me at least 5 years.
