Good quality comfortable chair

Nice packaging, easy assembly. It looks and feels sturdy, made from quality materials.
It's comfortable and it has a lot of settings to adjust to the body.

The only slight problem is that you can change the settings accidentally quite easily only by moving the chair because the force required to move parts is relatively low.
That aside it's still a great buy and worth 5 stars.

This chair is everything I was hoping for and then some. Very very easy to assemble, and fine tune to your body.

Extremely comfortable as long as you're sitting in it properly. All the materials feel strong and stable.

My only complaint is how easy it is to turn the arm rests. I'd like to be able to lock those in place at the angle I've set them to

Nice Chair, But?

The chair is nice, sturdy, and well-built, but the lumbar support hits my back incorrectly. One of their sales reps advised me to go with the X1. I will return and opt for the H1 targeted explicitly for the spine.

Very pleased with chair. There are no instructions on making adjustments though. Have had to view ads and videos to try and figure out all the settings. Chair is very comfortable and sturdy.
