Great idea, but super sqeaky

Love the resistance, motion and simplicity of the design but started making horrible squeaking noises. Need to be muted on video meetings because it can be a bit distracting.

Aesthetic and Functional

I like this product a lot. My partner has a desk setup and I do not, so he lets me use it when I want to play games on PC. He's 6 inches taller than me though, so it can get uncomfortable in his chair with nothing to rest my feet on. This is exactly what I wanted. Its aesthetic is nice; the grooves remind me of a zen garden. The foot pedals have the perfect amount of resistance; I can fidget all I want, or I can stay still, and my feet sort of float on the pedals. My partner assembled it, and he said it was super easy to put together. The only issue is the springs squeak a lot against the plastic when it is first assembled, but spraying WD40 on the springs should take care of that.

Good build quality, but...

Build quality, functionality and design is good. But somehow I missed in my package screws for mounting of foot pads to the base. Luckily I had similar ones at home.

The footrest is well designed and practical with its respective rests for each foot. The inclusion of a spring hinge for each footrest is an excellent innovation that allows the user to move each foot and aids in the blood circulation of the leg. The angle is comfortable and it is very stable. I like it.

It's a good product but it is very hard to assemble.

Comfortable and easy

Very pleased with the new H1 Classic Ergo Office Chair. Took like 10 minutes to put together. Had a few hiccups with the arms but it was my fault for not looking at the buttons on side to move the padded section out to move them properly. Been using the chair for 4 days now and I can tell super difference from my old one. Lumbar support and head rest are great and the tension on leaning back is perfect. Very happy with the chair, now hope it can last me at least 5 years.
